”Health through Water” as a reminder of how important water is in our daily well-being!
Immerse yourself in our wonderful swimming pool... Among hydromassage, water games and waterfalls.
For our youngest guests there is a mini pool with a mushroom cap.

The Finnish Sauna
The Finnish sauna looks like a dry environment with low humidity (never higher than 20%). It is a room entirely made of wood and arranged with benches. Temperatures range between 85 ° and 100 ° degrees and, unlike the Turkish bath, the sweating phase is much faster.
If you have low blood pressure, we urge you to be careful and possibly avoid this stage.

The Turkish Bath
Also called "Hammam" from Arabic. Originally from the Middle East, it is a room with a temperature ranging between 40 ° and 60 °. The heat increases as you go from floor to ceiling, so the ideal would be to remain lying on the benches to keep the whole body at the same temperature. The humidity is 100%, a condition that favors the opening of the pores to clean the skin in depth.

The Roman Bath
Let's take a dip in history, to see how the Ancient Romans were already aware of the benefits of environments at different temperatures.
They distinguished them in Calidarium (similar to the Turkish Bath), Tepidarium (warm water) and Frigidarium (cooled room).
These denominations are still used today in the SPA and reproduce the so-called Therme Romanae. A concentrate of different temperatures as a cure-all for the skin, to revive and tone it.

The Emotional Showers
These are several showers arranged along the wellness path, with horizontal water jets. The water jets vary in quantity, temperature and water pressure. They make use of water games combined with chromotherapy and aromatherapy to stimulate the senses and give wonderful experiences.
The result is a multisensory journey that winds through essences, multi-colored lights and sounds of nature, a truly unique experience.
The Kneipp Path
It is independent from all other environments and can be done at any time. It has no contraindications and is very good for the circulation and the body.
It is based on simple and effective principles of hydrotherapy, combined with the stimulation of the sole of the foot for the uneven floor on which you walk. Take advantage of pools of water at different temperatures.

The Relaxation Room
Welcome to the wellness area, there are no thoughts here, you can completely abandon yourself to relaxation.
It is not a dream, it is our dream, to let ourselves go in total form to any type of thought or concern that afflicts in everyday life and to be reborn.
Let yourself be enveloped and pampered by well-being and chase away negative thoughts and energy. You will see that as you will be more charged later.
We remind you that our SPA is naturist.
Outside the cabins it is allowed to move around in a bathrobe, which however must be left outside when entering the hottest rooms.
Nudity is rooted in the sauna culture also in Trentino - Alto Adige which must be accompanied by good manners, first of all the deep respect for the intimacy and tranquility of our Guests.
Why stay naked in the Sauna?
If you enter naked and with dry skin, the heat reaches the skin without hindrance, on the contrary the positive effect is reduced if absorbed by the clothing we wear.
Health for the Skin
With clothes, the parts of the body that remain covered are kept warm and humid, optimal conditions for bacteria and fungi to develop.
Greater comfort
Remember that swimwear is made from synthetic materials and it is not pleasant to sweat while wearing it.
Environmental hygiene
You will agree on the antigenic condition of having clothes when diving into water, consider the fact that the sweat then remains in the water.
